Home Equity and Home Improvement Loans
Now you can borrow against the equity in your house and have the tax advantages available. We offer both fixed and variable home equity loan rates. The interest rate is based on the credit union's internal cost of funds plus a small margin. Maximum term is 20 years and maximum amount is $200,000.
